Why should you have your baby’s birth story documented?

To always remember your partner’s support

To always remember the first time you held them in your arms

To always remember the little details

So here is how it works

Due to the nature of birth, I am only able to take 2-3 births per month. So if you are interested, I encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later.

 FAQS

What is the best time to book Birth, Maternity and Newborn?

Due to the nature of birth and limited availability, I encourage you to reach out early to secure your due date. If you decide later in your pregnancy that you can’t live without a birth photographer, definitely shoot me a message. I always try to make it work.

Maternity sessions are typically booked between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy.

Newborn sessions can happen anywhere between 2 days and 2-3 months postpartum. All depending on the family’s preferences, but I do encourage you to reach out as soon as you are interested.

What can I expect from working with you?

I want to get to know you and your family. I want to know your story and path to parenthood. Being comfortable with each other is one of the most important things in creating raw, emotive and memorable images. Once we chatted and/or met in person we will just have fun at the session, documenting your family’s story just like it is supposed to unfold.

I hate to choose outfits? Can you help with styling?

Absolutely. Call me a nerd, but styling session outfits for maternity, newborn and family sessions is one of my favorite pass times. I also have a ton of dresses and children’s outfits available as part of my client closet that you are more than welcome to use.

COVID and Birth?

Birth happens. Always. No matter the circumstances. And it deserves to be documented. Always. Especially during our current times.
At this moment I am only taking home and birth center births. If you are planning a hospital birth feel free to reach out. I would be happy to discuss the option we have.
At all times I will be wearing PPE and practice frequent hand washing and hygiene. Local home birth midwives have been allowing birth photographers into birth spaces and I will monitor the situation closely and notify you if these policies should change.
